Frank’s unbridled entrepreneurial spirit and business savvy was evidenced back in his early college days. Frank was educated at The University of Delaware where he majored in Mass Communications. As a student he negotiated leases and pioneered small business ventures in order to finance his education.   He launched his corporate career at Malright Communications in Philadelphia. As Managing Director, Frank was involved in the production of International programming for stations throughout Europe. He spearheaded promotions tailored to demographics that would engage his audiences and generate ratings. Frank’s next venture in the entertainment industry would be in the restaurant business.

Frank’s charismatic managerial style and his business/marketing background were the foundation of his successful restaurant concept which grew to 25 stores strong throughout Philadelphia. Here, Frank discovered his passion for property management as he excelled in leasing, purchasing, conceptual development and profit & loss. After 7 years, Frank sold his restaurant entity to pursue a new vision. Frank’s next business endeavor would be formidable: the development of a mixed-use city block project which enabled lease rotation for profit.The challenges and triumphs of commercial property development would pave the way to Frank’s next conquest: the luxury home market of Philadelphia. Frank and his group of investors identified a unique opportunity in this market, where he managed the purchase and sale of multiple luxury properties in a dynamic, fast growing market. Frank’s significant success in real estate was founded upon one key principal: the needs and desires of his clientele. Business was brisk and Frank enjoyed remarkable success and respect in the marketplace. This professional success was followed by personal success as Frank met his wife, Maria, a London attorney, in the social circles of Philadelphia. They married and vacationed internationally, including a destination called Arizona.
Frank and Maria were captivated by the Valley of the Sun and decided their life as a family should take root in Arizona. Frank joined Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty spearheading a new experience in luxury real estate: The Private Client Group. Frank has assembled a group of distinctive real estate professionals to deliver superior service, professionalism and results to his discriminating clientele. Frank continues to focus on the same foundation for success - the client
Frank lives in North Scottsdale with his wife, Maria, and his 9 year old daughter, Merriam.
