East coast executive relocates to the "Wild West..."

After a corporate career in finance, technology and supply chain this consummate businesswoman left her suits and pearls behind and launched a career in Arizona Real Estate.  What Joanne brought with her was her New York smarts, snappy analytical ability and perseverance to succeed.   Moving to Arizona with thoughts of endless rounds of golf, she quickly realized that she could survive on a weekly game and needed to get back to work.  That 6 handicap has crept up to 12 now and she’s thoroughly entrenched in the business of luxury real estate.  The story unfolds like this…

 In 2006 after successfully completing the Sales Agent licensing requirements, Joanne launched her career specializing in residential resale properties in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Biltmore, Carefree, Cave Creek and Fountain Hills. Always striving to upgrade her credentials and knowledge she successfully completed the licensing requirements for Broker in May 2010.  Desiring a business model focused on luxury properties with a global presence she joined the marketplace leader Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty at the Scottsdale Waterfront in the summer of 2010 and formed a professional partnership with Mary Ann Kelley under the name Foster & Kelley.  Both have top rated educations from Rutgers and Cornell.  Most recently Foster & Kelley merged with Frank Aazami/Private Client Group, creating a distinguished and premier real estate team with tremendous global reach.

The skill set Joanne possesses was acquired over a lifetime of entrepreneurial and corporate positions.  These are necessary to augment the multifaceted dynamics required to be successful in this business.
